8. Validation and Audit

After upload, the system checks DICOM headers again. If any personal data tags are found, upload is rejected. Clinical Excel data is checked for correct columns and format. Audit logs are kept in AWS CloudTrail and reviewed by InfoSec.

Additionally, the browser interface provides downloadable Info Panels after anonymization and upload.

The Anonymization Info Panel summarizes processed files, selected profile, and detected issues.

The Upload Info Panel confirms successful upload and validation.

Both can be saved locally as evidence for audit or internal record keeping.
