Step 2 — Upload Anonymized Studies

1. Select a Target Archive on the platform.

2. Point to the Anonymized Root Folder (the destination folder from Step 1).
3. Click "Scan Studies" — the tool analyzes the local anonymized folder structure.
4. A table appears showing each detected study and series with:
   • Status (NEW or CONFLICT)
   • Number of files and total size
   • Selection checkbox
   • Conflict policy option (Append / Overwrite / Skip)
   
5. Review the data, resolve any conflicts, and select items for upload.
6. Click "Upload All" — only the selected anonymized series and clinical file (if applicable) are transmitted.
7. Upload progress and results are logged; the log is downloadable.
