10. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained in accordance with the approved project duration (currently 3 years), unless extended by formal project decision.

S3 storage changes class automatically: 0–30 days Standard, 31–180 days Infrequent Access, after that Glacier. After 3 years, data is deleted unless the project is extended.
